Partner eligibility #

Business Email is only available to cPanel partners who use Manage2.

License actions #

Some Business Email license actions have restrictions:

• Currently, we do not support upgrades and downgrades for Business Email plans after provisioning. We plan to introduce support for upgrades and downgrades soon.
• You cannot suspend individual mailboxes. Suspension applies to the entire Business Email package for a domain.

Customer migrations #

Business Email does not include a migration tool. Customers moving from another email provider must migrate their data manually.
